Like most inventions, our holster was created out of necessity. After trying many of the same holsters that our customers have carried, we decided to develop a holster for you that could not only be carried daily, but could be carried for many hours a day. This design is not intended to be the primary holster that is taken to the gun range. It is for the individual that is serious about concealed carry to defend themselves, their families, or their property. We will go through what we think are the pros and cons of our holster and you can do the same for the holster you are currently carrying.

Comfort- This was our biggest motivation in developing our holsters. It completely isolates the handgun from the carrier. At no time does the weapon come in contact with you. A 3mm piece of neoprene inside our holster provides not only the padding to protect you from the various edges and corners of the handgun (slide, rear sight, hammer, beavertail, etc.) even when sitting in a vehicle, but also protects your investment in your handgun. Neoprene (what wetsuits are made of) is waterproof, creating a moisture barrier that will not allow any salt from sweat or other skin acids to come in contact with your handgun.

Concealment- Our inside the waistband (IWB) design allows you to feel confident in concealing your handgun wearing anything from shorts and a t shirt, to your favorite winter coat. With a total holster width less than 1/4 of an inch you can easily & comfortably conceal your handgun. Your N82 Tactical holster can also be worn outside the waistband (OWB) by just sliding your belt around the holster and through the clip. It's up to you to determine what works best for you.

Tactical Advantage - From a tactical standpoint, our IWB holster is designed to give you a tactical advantage by placing your firearm where you can retrieve it immediately. Carrying a handgun in an ankle holster or even a pocket takes additional time to access and takes away your tactical advantage.

Quality - Our holsters are made from quality oil-tanned boot leather, neoprene, suede, and dense elastic. The oil-tanned boot leather will provide a durable, yet safe contact for the handgun. The soft suede backing feels amazing. The elastic will form around the slide and trigger guard after a short period of time which will aid in retention. Also, using the dense elastic material allows your waistband and/or your belt to aid in the retention of the handgun. The powder coated metal clip will provide you with the confidence that if you ever need to draw your handgun, you will not pull a holster on someone.

Reholstering- Although not easy, reholstering does get easier with practice and once the holster has formed around your handgun and yourself, reholstering wil be even easier. We hope you are never in a situation that requires you to draw from this or any other concealed carry holster, however, if you are, our friends and customers in law enforcement suggests that, once the threat is over, secure any weapons available to the "neutralized threat" and place your handgun in a visable location and wait for the authorities to arrive and assess the situation. You will be instructed on when you are allowed to reholster.

Again, this holster was not designed to be your primary gun range holster. However, you do need to train with our or any concealed carry holster from a distance of 10 feet and even an arms reach from the target.

Criminals will not stand conveniently still and at a distance that many fire from at the range. They will be up close and very personal. Train for it.
